Shafat Sattar


Shafat Sattar started his career at Unilever Bangladesh in 1983 after completion of MBA. He became marketing manager in 1986 and Head of Marketing (personal products) in 1988. He was then posted in Unilever Sri Lanka as Head of Marketing (personal products & toiletries). During his work tenure in Unilever he was involved in marketing work for brands like CloseUp, Sunsilk, Lux, Pepsodent, Fair & Lovely. He then started "NIRMA BANGLADESH" which was a major success story. In 1992, Mr. Sattar came back to Bangladesh to start his own business endeavors. He is a successful entrepreneur engaged in multiple business concerns in Bangladesh.

Ahmadul Hoq

Managing Director

Mr. Ahmadul Hoq started his IT Management career at British American Tobacco Group (BAT), Bangladesh. Where he had worked till 1997, before being posted as IT Director for the BAT Central Asia, Caucuses and Turkey based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. In 2001, he became Head of Trade Marketing and Distribution IT, responsible for global CRM Strategy based in BAT Group headquarters in the UK. He remained in that position till 2007 before coming back to Bangladesh to start VIRGO. Mr. Ahmadul Hoq is also the Founder President of Bangladesh Call Center Association (BACCO). He continuously provides insight and strategic direction for whole call center industry of Bangladesh. Mr. Hoq is also the Vice President of Bangladesh Industrial Skills Council (ISC) for ICT.

JAK Zilani

JAK Zilani bring with him a solid background of 4 ½ years with Biman Bangladesh Airlines (A/C Maintenance) and 27 years with British American Tobacco Bangladesh leading as Head of Function of BATB Cross-Function Enterprise Class IT_Dept. Mr. Zilani has excellent experience of strategic planning, Project lead at Regional Level i.e. ERP (SAP), Globalizing IT Strategic Initiatives, serve as senior member of strategic outsourcing of BPO at BAT Group level, risk management, implemented Business Continuity Planning & IT DRP, prioritizing emerging technology. He got intuitive talent of people management, working with multi-cultural talents. . He has strong and persuasive negotiations ability, excellent demonstrative track record of IR management with 13 years of factory operation at BATB.
